A modern-day saloon reminiscent of Golden's mining days in the late 1800s, with 24 taps, wine, craft cocktails, great food, patio and fireplaces make Miners a comfortable gathering place for old friends and new. With a rustic, cozy interior and a perfect balance of period details and modern comforts, Miners provides an old West saloon feel with a contemporary edge. Also featured is our signature Miners Margarita on tap, as well as our 44 North Huckleberry Vodka Lemonade. We have an impressive selection of premium scotch, whiskey, gin, and vodka and our craft cocktail menu is created and refreshed seasonally by our outstanding craft cocktailers. The food menu features shared platters, small plates, paninis, soups, salads and desserts, along with a few modern takes on 1800s saloon fare. Created by Chef John Wilson, much of the menu is house made, including venison, boar, and bison sausage, dips, sauces, pickles, and ricotta cheese.
