Members of the Colorado Music Hall of Fame, Sugarloaf are a heavy progressive rock band formed in Denver, Colorado in 1969 by vocalist and keyboardist Jerry Corbette. Originally formed as, "Chocolate Hair". The band played psychedelic pop songs and began integrating heavy Blues Rock into their sound. In 1970, the band released their eponymous debut album, "Sugarloaf" and officially changed their name to match.
