Billy D'Vette is an American singer-songwriter, musician, and producer. He is best known as the lead guitarist for the glam metal band, "Pair-A-Dice" (1987-1990). He also replaced guitarist Marc Ferrari (Keel) in the band, "Cold Sweat" in 1991. He has released several solo albums and has a Classic Rock band in Denver called the "Wild Bill Outlaws".
