The views expressed by Portal Users represent the views of the individual author, and not necessarily those of our agents or representatives or other Users.

We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of, and shall not be held liable or responsible for any content or messages posted by Portal Users, which express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this website. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages, and should we determine appropriate, will endeavor to do so within a reasonable time frame.

The Portal may display information provided by third parties over which we have no control. For example, we cannot and do not verify the accuracy of third-party mapping services or route information that may be displayed regarding events, venues, services, etc. We do not guarantee nor warranty any third-party data, including its accuracy or completeness, and shall not be held liable for any issues resulting from your voluntary use of such data. You should always independently verify the accuracy of any displayed information (which is easy to do these days).

Although we strive to protect the privacy of our Users and will never sell or otherwise disclose their information (except as required by law), this is a publicly-visible website that could potentially be hacked or compromised through no fault of ours. Accordingly, please do not post private or sensitive information in your profile, posts, etc. By default, your email address and other contact information will be visible only to our staff, but please be careful to avoid accidentally changing your profile settings to display such information publicly.

All posts may be reviewed by our staff members and we reserve the unrestricted right to edit or to delete anything we deem inappropriate. Specifically, Users shall not post anything that:

• Is false, fraudulent, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, slanderous or libelous, harassing, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of privacy, or that extols or incites unethical or unlawful conduct.
• Violates any applicable statute, law or regulation.
• Is copyrighted or trademarked, unless owned by that User, or posted with the lawful authorization of the rightful owner.
• A commercial or personal solicitation, advertisement, link to a commercial website, or other material not relevant to our stated objectives, except as authorized by our separate Advertisers Agreement, or advanced, written approval from our Webmaster (or designee).
• Is overtly political or partisan in nature. This platform exists to connect people with local music events, and there are countless other places to discuss politics, so please keep it about music and good times. We realize that there will be "gray areas", such as posting about music events that are themselves inherently political in nature. In such a case, we ask you to confine your posts to basic event information.

Also, please do not:

• "SHOUT" (i.e., type in all capital letters).
• Use abnormally large text or other obnoxious formatting.
• Drive under the influence or otherwise party irresponsibly. We want our Members and fans to live long and prosper.

Although we hope it's all smooth sailing, please understand that any User who violates these policies (or otherwise sufficiently annoys our Staff) may be summarily suspended or permanently banned from further use, with or without warning, at our sole discretion.
